Australian Fire Protection: 2016 - Present Lyell is a Senior Fire Safety Adviser & Trainer at Australian Fire Protection.  Lyell has extensive experience in Fire Training including First Response and Emergency Control Organisation/Warden Training.

After 27 years in the RAAF as a Fire Fighter, Lyell moved to the private sector and responsibilities included Fire Safety and compliance including building fire systems and forest fire hazard reduction management.  

Lyell has also completed qualifications as a Fire Engineer with the University of South Australia.
