As the Fire Safety Adviser for Q Super Centre, we met initially with Centre Management to discuss and understand their needs.  AFP team members Patrick, Lesley and Ian than tailored a training solution that suited Q Super Centre requirements.

The training solution involve preparing different training packages to suite Q Super Centre Fire Wardens and also their different tenants. Due to the early opening times for each tenancy, a suitable training and evacuation practice solution was prepared to suite the tenants so as to minimise any disruption to trade.   The tenants were happy as it provided them with the necessary Fire and Evacuation Instructions knowledge to deal with emergencies in their shops.  A fire safety audit of Q Super Centre was then performed to ensure that there were no immediate issues requiring attention.
